Terms and Conditions
Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance
of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your
acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase
order to Industrial Partner indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms and conditions
included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions
are signed by Industrial Partner. Industrial Partner reserves the right
to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Payment Method
You may order products by submitting an online order form. To protect
you against unauthorized charges, credit card orders that are shipped
to addresses other than your billing address we will require additional
verification. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval.
Foraccount information and overseas customers, please contact our
Customer Service Department. Hard copy PO with valid PO number is required
for all term customers.
Custom Systems
Custom systems cannot be returned. But can be returned for repairs within
thirty (30) days of the invoice date for free. After thirty (30) days
you are subeject to pay a fee for repairs.
Sales Tax
Industrial Partner shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders
shipped to any other state.
Placing Order
When placing an order online or over the phone you must first provide
your reference number that we provide you when you ask for a quote.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually shipped sameday if instock and if the order is received
by the cutoff time. Normal shipping is UPS Ground. FedEx 2-day and overnight
service is available Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Merchandise
You must report all damaged merchandise to carrier (UPS, FedEx or Post
Office) and send Industrial Partner a copy of the inspection report. It
is important that you request the carrier to contact Industrial Partner
at . We reserve the right to replace damaged parts or entire
product. A $30 re-boxed fee will be assessed for any product returned
in a damaged box. Please examine all merchandise before assembling. Industrial
Partner will not accept any merchandise back that has been assembled or
attempted to be assembled.
Back Ordered Items
When products are back-ordered the following will apply
1. If the back ordered product is scheduled to reach Industrial Partner
warehouse within five (5) business days, your order will be held up in
order to complete your shipment.
2. If a back ordered product will be out-of-stock more than 5 business
days or has been discontinued, our sales representative will inform by
contacting you about this matter.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with any products purchased from Industrial
Partner online within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. If you are
not satisfy with the products you can exchange or get a refund for them
with a 15% restocking fee. All products returned to us must be accompanied
by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact our customer service
department to obtain an RMA number or you can request RMA number by submitting
the form online.
We need this information in order to issue an RMA
(1) Order number or invoice number (on your original invoice)
(2) Industrial Partner's part number and quantity.
(3) Serial number for the return item and the nature of the problem.
All RMA numbers issued are good for fifteen (15) days from
the date of issued. Prepaid shipping is required for all returning products.
A copy of your original invoice is required to process your return. Returned
merchandise must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and be accompanied
by all original packaging, documentation and accessories. Therefore please
check the packaging and label carefully to be sure you receive the correct
product and version. In all cases, returned product must be shipped prepaid
with an approved RMA number clearly shown on the shipping label.
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund. Industrial
Partner reserves the right to refuse merchandise for any returns not meeting
the above requirements. All merchandise must be received before any refunds
or replacements can be processed (no cross-shipping). Please allow two
(2) weeks for processing.d software is not refundable and may be
returned only if defective and then only for replacement.d consumable
supplies may not be returned or refunded. No price protection on all our
products As you know prices fluctuate daily in computer business, just
like stock market. In order for Industrial Partner to keep the best price
for our customers, we cannot accept product return because of the price
fluctuation.
Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Manufacturer's
warranty information is subject to change without notice.
OEM Package
OEM products usually come with a brief manual and other accessories such
as driver, but not include warranty card. However, some products are sold
without any accessories, driver etc. (we called it as bulk pack). After
30 day guarantee no refund or exchange is posibble.
Retail Box
Product sells in retail box (has original manufacturer packaging and warranty
card inside the box) carries manufacturers warranty. Please check manufacturers
website for more information.
Warranty Disclaimers/ Limitation of Liability
Industrial Partner expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed
or implied, including any implied warranty of merchant ability or of fitness
for a particular purpose. Industrial Partner shall have no liability to
anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability,
loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if Industrial
Partner or a Industrial Partner authorized representative has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. All merchandise sold "As is ".
Industrial Partner makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise
sold. Industrial Partner is not responsible for system downtime, lost
data or any other damages. This is disclaimer by Industrial Partner in
no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Typographical and Misprinted Errors
We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors and make
every possible effort to avoid them. We reserve the right to change or
correct prices or substitute products and manufacturers. Item picture
may be representative items only! Specifications and descriptions subject
to change without notice.
Distributors of vending machines work in close conjunction with vending machine manufacturers. This allows them to form close relationships so that a Vending machines manufacturer distributor has access to the latest models of vending machines that come on the market.
